At UN1FY, we keep it simple with two signature small-group classes that deliver full-body results in under an hour. Power35 is a high-intensity circuit that builds strength, cardio, and grit in just 35 minutes, while Sculpt45 is a low-impact workout that tones, strengthens, and improves mobility in 45. Every session is coach-led, fully planned, and ready when you walk in. Just show up, follow the flow, and leave stronger, inside and out.

A fast, effective, total-body workout designed to define strength, not intimidate it. In just 35 minutes, you’ll rotate through 6 stations for 1 minute each, take 25 seconds to recover, and repeat for 4 rounds that fly by. Expect cardio bursts, functional strength exercises, and athletic movement patterns that challenge your whole body, all at your pace and level. Lift light for higher reps, go heavier if you’re feeling strong, push hard or keep it steady… this class is what you make it. Fast, effective, and totally doable for every body.

SCULPT45

45 minutes of total-body sculpting to challenge, strengthen, and energize. We start with a power yoga warm-up, then move into cardio-strength intervals, Pilates core work, and barre-inspired moves for long, lean muscle endurance. The class finishes with a deep stretch to leave you feeling strong, open, and grounded. Fun, upbeat, and empowering, Sculpt45 gives you strength, sweat, and a touch of zen. Bring a mat or rent one for $10.

Hayden Jones is a certified personal trainer driven by a deep passion for health, wellness, and personal growth. What began as his own journey of transformation soon became a calling to help others rewrite their stories through fitness.

Raised by entrepreneurial parents, Hayden was inspired to turn his purpose into a career. One where he could wake up every day doing what he loves. His mission is simple: to guide others toward strength, confidence, and a mindset that supports lasting change.
